The Village Siargao

The service. Especially the receptionist. They too rude for guest. And when we called out to clean the room they did not even touch or keep the plates in our room. Service was so bad! Don't book this resort if you want a stress free vacation.

Es war der absolute Hammer. Das Cottages war sehr gross, sauber und auch mit einer kleine Küche ausgestattet. Alles konnte über einen Whatsapp Chat organisiert und geklärt werden. Das Personal hat immer sofort alles organisiert. Wir würden dieses Hotel erneut buchen! Es war perfekt. Ist nur etwas ausserhalb von General Luna, was für uns aber perfekt war. Es braucht einen Roller oder sie organisieren immer Tuktuks.

Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner buffet face a la mer, le cottage était spacieux et très bien. Le confort du lit et surtout le personnel ils étaient au petit soin et très serviables surtout notre hôte Larry. Notre séjour dans cet établissement s’est super bien passé. Je recommande vivement car pas loin du centre de Siargao mais un peu plus loin si on veut être au calme.

Rien à part juste que sur le toit du cottage on entendait la nuit des pas. On ne savait pas quels animaux c’étaient mais defois on entendait pas mal dans la chambre.

Great staff. Room was super clean Temperature was perfect and easy to manage. Beds were very comfortable.

The only mirror in the suite was the one in the bathroom; another mirror would have been helpful especially since there were 3 of us. There was no tissue available. The room could use a luggage valet and more furniture for resting our toiletries & clothes.

Village Siargao Resort We had a stressful start to our trip due to a typhoon that caused our flights to be cancelled. Because of the delay, we couldn’t arrive at the resort on our original date, and since we didn’t book directly with them, we understood that a refund wasn’t possible. But The Village Siargao Resort went above and beyond to make up for it. When we arrived the next day, they welcomed us with free shuttle service, a relaxing massage, delicious food, and even refreshing drinks. They also provided another free shuttle back to the airport, which we truly appreciated. The resort itself is cozy, peaceful, and private—each villa feels like your own little home away from home. We especially loved having a beautiful beach view in the morning while enjoying breakfast—such a perfect way to start the day. The staff are incredibly friendly, respectful, and attentive, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Despite the rocky beginning of our trip, the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly turned everything around. Highly recommended! 🌴✨
