I've come a little bit early at 13:30 and at reception I was told to wait till check-in time at 15:00. Then at 15:00 I was told that my room wasn't ready and I needed to wait more. It was supposed that I would be informed about the readiness of my room but I wasn't. Finally at 16:00 after I myself asked once again I was given the room. The worst is that nobody cared about the situation, nobody apologized, offered wifi or water. Nothing
