JPWas really bad from the start of checking in Room was dirty Toilets dirty Showers dirty Staff did not show us room Nothing is provided ( that is explained on the site ) but charging for everything is not a good way to run a hotel or hostel . Shared facilities are not shared when you are a paying guest and told you can not use them as there is a private booking , Was told in the morning when ordering coffee can’t use cafe so please drink in one location ? Then waited 30 mins for an over priced coffee That never came and had to cancel it myself . I suggest they take a look at what there doing and try to do it well rather than trying to do to many things and doing them badly Lastly was not told about the construction work taking place at the location either If you want to sleep well my advice is stay somewhere else that is honest about the situations. Ps you will hear the trains going past if you stay here . I’m glad I woke up at 04:00 and climbed to the top of the mountain to see the sunrise , best part of our trip.

No complaints to be honest
NZI stayed here for an entire month. It's such a chill and comfortable place; everything is spotless, the location is perfect, and the staff are so kind and accommodating. The cafe is also excellent. There are so many hikes and other activities in the area. I expect to come back here again many times.
