Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Houston North Intercontinental by IHG

Staff was awesome. Saw cockroaches in my room on my last night if sooner I would’ve checked out ASAP. I was in the building next to the main building where the desk was. My building’s door did not require a key to get in. Although it was set up too require one. The main building did require a key to get into the side entrance.

Stop before continuing on our road trip. Basic hotel off the highway. Fast food locations close by. No complaints

Did not have the shuttle service working from the airport to the hotel and the next day from the hotel to the airport cost us an extra 67 dollars and we weren’t informed about it until we got to the hotel. We called the day before and no one mentioned it.

I didnt like anything. The leading desk member's attitude made me feel like I would never deal with them again.

The attitude of the staff was nasty, they did not care that we had a baby and were part of the family they reached earlier around 12 pm, they were waiting in the lobby for more than two hours, and they did not even try to search for any rooms if they ready to check in, they were telling us we should go with 3 pm. despite We had this reservation for two rooms with two queen beds since May. I asked if part of the family might arrive early, as they have a baby. I called them, but they spoke to us rudely and were careless. At that time, it was so simple that they could prompt the staff to clean it quickly. For a one-year-old baby, the conditions were horrible due to their attitude. Part of my family moved to another hotel nearby, and they were allowed to check in early. Also, we discovered that there were a lot of empty rooms. The desk members were busy with their phones and showed little concern for their customers' needs.

The outside of the building as well as the inside was poorly maintained. There were cockroaches outside the building and the main doors to get in were broken. Elevator button was broken.

Spacious, clean, but the best amenitie is the customer service. We visited in Memorial Weekend and housekeeping was on the top of things, always smiling and eager to help. You are doing great guys.

Hot tub broken. We were looking forward to that. She said its always been broken.then huge party in building kept us up till 1am per super loud musid. Didnt get rest. Very disappointed.
