Bonjour ‼️⚠️ Suite à une réservation d’une suite familiale chez booking ,à l’arrivée j’étais surpris comme quoi les suites familiaux déjà full , et quand j’ai lui communiquer numéro de réservation il m as dit votre réservation annuler !!! Franchement si c’était le cas j’aurais pas l’accès pour faire un commentaire . •donc ils m’ont donner une chambre avec 2 lit supplémentaire,franchement c’était trop petit ,une chambre des SDF •hôtel très dégradé et sale ,plein de fourmis dans la chambre ,ça me permet de quitter l’hôtel le lendemain . •service 0 d’un jeune à l’accueil et pas du tous professionnel ,il n’as même pas une uniforme professionnel il met une jaquette comme si il es en plein rue •Mme la directrice comme quoi il a trouver la solution pour une chambre trop petite et disant elle m’as sauvée mais c’était pas vrais m’as réservation était vendu pour quelqu’un d’autre •petit déjeuner très médiocre manquant plusieurs chose plus comme avant ,par contre les gens de restauration très serviable et professionnel. • salle de sport fermer et pas d’accès • Hotel en plein travaux et ils louent les chambres pour les clients J’étais déçus devant mes enfants •À ÉVITER DE RÉSERVER ‼️‼️

Nothing.

They asked for a deposit that was not listed or required. Not only this, they took our $350 deposit and until today they never return it back to us. Aldo they will charge you $100 gor nothing and they have no explanation for it. We are still calling them until today to return the deposit.
