Le personnel du restaurant le soir

Le personnel de la réception durant le séjour qui répond jamais Une personne a ouvert la porte de notre chambre sans permission le premier soir a 20h mon mari été hors de lui Des serviette salles avec une couleur gris au lieu du blanc Serviette de la piscine bleu avec des taches de javel Room service archi nul on a du sortir a la ville pour une bouteille d’eau qu’on a pas reçu suite a notre appel a la réception on attendu 5h sans rien recevoir On a pas pris le petit déjeuner de la deuxième journée car on a appelé la réception pour deux vert thé avec omlette sachant qu’on est 4 est bien sûr on a rien reçu On a informée a la réception depuis notre arrivée de tous ce que je viens d’évoquer est tout le monde d’en foutais aucune explication ou excuses n’est donne Je ne mettetai plus les pieds et je vais informée tout mon entourage pour ne jamais y mettre les pieds Très mauvaise expérience

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'hôtel Pullman . Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et agréables pour une famille. Le personnel de l’hôtel est globalement très accueillant, souriant et disponible. Un énorme coup de cœur pour le Kids Club qui a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. L’équipe est vraiment exceptionnelle : Rajaâ, Ibtissam et Abdelilah ont été adorables avec les enfants, attentionnés, patients et toujours de bonne humeur. Ils prennent vraiment le temps de s’occuper des enfants et de les mettre à l’aise. Les activités proposées sont variées, ludiques et très bien organisées, ce qui permet aux enfants de s’amuser dans une ambiance chaleureuse et sécurisante. Merci encore à toute l’équipe du Kids Club pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.
