The friendly staff. It’s a favorite of mine I come here a few times a year the past 2-3 years I always recommend this hotel for a stay the pool is always great and so is the food

Could always add more bags for laundry that would make a big change for people like me who say long times or have kids

Was there for surgery at Robert Packard Hospital the next morning. Excellent location. Room was spacious & clean, as was the bathroom. Couldn't take advantage of the breakfast due to the surgery.

The heater would not maintain a steady temperature of 72°. Onve it reached that temp it shut off. Twice during the night I had to get up & set the temperature higher. It finally stayed on.

Pubes and regular hair in the tub, not cleaned, not vacuumed, crumbs on the desk, drips on the wall. We got moved to a different room but it was still scary. Outdated for sure. Smells of fabuloso and dog urine, even in the lobby. Weird room on second floor that I could hear dogs in.
