Parking was the major problem

Bara övernattning. Men rum utan AC jätte varmt tyvärr receptionen pratade ingen engelska. Stod parkering men den var full. Ställde mig på baksidan på gatan. Gratis. Stor busstation med så mycket liv och rörelse. Frukost är surt tillval. Så ta inte den. Mac Donalds 100 m bort kosta 10€

There was no wifi in the room. The security seems unsafe. The hotel is close to the train station where anybody could get in the elevator.

Sehr viel woofing beim Frühstück

Although spaces are limited I parked easily in front of the hotel in their free spaces. Hotel is located next to the rail station and within walking distance of the Bergparken (with it's museums, castle, monuments and gardens). Even though next to a busy train station it was quiet and leafy. Staff were helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast

The moment I checked in I checked out..... there is no air conditioning, it's summertime this is unacceptable. Expedia is not honest when it comes to reimbursement. Expedia does not offer refunds even if something like this comes up. Don't ask me about my stay if you won't offer a refund it's a scam.

Ein schönes Hotel! Man wird sehr freundlich und professionell empfangen!! Die Zimmer entsprechen genau der Beschreibung und sind sehr schön. Wir können es zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen!!

Easy, and Nice

The worst service i’ve ever got in a hotel. Im here to compete for an MMA fight. And had to drop down a lot of weight. I’d lost my phone and didn’t feel well. So i go to the desk and no one of the personal at the desk could speak english to me. They only laughed with eachother like it was some kind of joke. Eventually there was finally someone who could speak english. And i asked if it was possible to make a phonecall. When i tried to call my phone i didn’t get a response because my phone died. I asked if it was possible to use their internet for a few minutes to reach someone out on Facebook. That i didn’t have a phone and in case of immergency that i couldn’t reach anyone. But de woman behind de desk said no you can’t. Go to the city center for internet cafe, you can pay for your internet. Never go to this hotel.
