"Rähjäiset pinnat, ruuhkautunut asiakaspalvelu"

Sijainti on hyvä

Huone oli rähjäinen: paneeleista puuttui paloja, sänky oli rispaantunut reunasta ja se ominaisuus jolla muissa huoneissa ilmoitetaan halutaanko siivousta vai olla rauhassa, oli meillä rikki (säädin irti.) Yleisilme oli huoneessa hyvin epäsiisti. Asiakaspalvelija kysyi, haluammeko klassisen vai modernin huoneen. Halusimme klassisen. Jostain syystä saimme silti modernin, ja tämä harmittaa etenkin koska huone oli pinnoiltaan rähjäinen. Ei ollut aikaa käydä reklamoimassa. Asiakaspalveluun joutui jonottamaan ja aamupala oli täysin ruuhkautunut: pöydät olivat todella pieniä sinnekin piti jonottaa minuutteja. Aamupala oli myös yllättävän suppea.

"Gut geschlafen"
