La colazione e il personale

Inaccettabile un 4 stelle sapendo la mia ora di arrivo e considerando che era nevicato il giorno prima quindi ancora con la neve in strada, ripeto inaccettabile che il riscaldamento in camera fosse spento lo acceso io fra lal'ltro non funzionava, in camera e in bagno avevo 18°C Mi hanno cambiato camera ma anche questa acceso il riscaldamento al momento in più i termosifoni del bagno si spengono ad una certa ora cosi se io voglio fare la doccia alle 6 di mattina la devo fare al freddo. Non capiscono cosa pensano di risparmiare cosi perdono solo clienti Ripeto inaccettabile
