"A pleasant surprise."

On a motorcycle trip, we stayed just one night. This hotel is very nice but the customer service is what was really exceptional! The gentleman that checked us in just couldn't do enough for us.....including taking our coolers (that we carry on the backseat of our motorcycles) in to the kitchen and filling both with ice for us. Centrally located in the heart of downtown Golden, we walked all of the downtown area and took lots of photos. It's right next to a popular river that the youngsters were rafting and tubing.

Loved our stay there! So close to everything, staff is very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect and the hotel was beautiful. Next time we’re in Golden, we will be staying here again! Thank you for such a great experience, we’ll see you again soon :)

Great staff to check us in in the evening. The girls from the morning staff were flustered, but it was super busy, some convention was in town, but the gentleman in the evening was wonderful. Room was great! Spacious, clean and nice. Room was up to date and had a fridge. Parking was easy but unfortunately, it was extra. Within walking distance to everything downtown. Tons of eating options near by, creek right outside the window.

"A great stay at a great hotel !"

Great location.. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant had fantastic food and very reasonably priced. There was plenty of parking available even for my big truck . There was live music creek side that was an added bonus. No complaints at all . I would recommend staying at this property to any one that enjoys staying in nice hotels . The Golden Hotel was perfect !
