"Lovely Hotel"

I thought this hotel was lovely. I only had a one night stopover but enough time to enjoy dinner and breakfast and the comforts of the hotel. It's modern and spacious. The room was very big with a separate door leading into the bedroom keeping the corridor noise away (pity all hotels didn't have this). The bed was very comfortable although the pillows weren't (for me anyway). Tea and coffee facilities with a small fridge and safe. There is a swimming pool and children's play area out the back with the pool beside the outside dining area. Breakfast and dinner had a good selection and was very nice. The hotel has a secure gate which kind off confirmed my suspicions that it wasn't in an area I'd take an evening stroll outside. On approach after leaving the motorway, I had wondered if I had taken a wrong turn. I struggled to get a parking space but it was more to do with others not parking within the spaces and leaving no room for another car to park beside them. I was driving from Belgium to Spain and it was a great place to stay in on route.

"Ace"

Hotel restaurant, waited 40 mins for dinner and 30 mins for breakfast. Also charged for room when I’d already paid Expedia- so now also have waste more time chasing them up. Parking spaces also very small.

"Good value"

Nice, clean room as usual for Novotel. Nice, small bar area, lovely big garden, kids room, bouncy castle when we were there, and small pool. We ate in the restaurant and the steak tartare was lovely. The best thing however, has to be the amazing breakfast - probably the best variety we have had!
