Desayuno estupendo y tiene piscina.

Por alojarte allí te daban un premio girando una ruleta pero al abrir el sobre de nuestro premio dio el cambiazo con otro sobre. Decía que se había confundido pero yo no me lo creo, me sentí engañada. También en sofá cama es muy incomodo, mis hijos estuvieron incómodos. No hay aire acondicionado solo un ventilador

I think it's a pretty good hotel. The staff is really nice, the atmosphere is also nice as it's located inside the park in a sort of secluded area, which is very peaceful and calm. Breakfast is good.

I don't think there is anything in particular that I did not like, but it would be nice to have parking for free as the rooms are not cheap, but it does not cost much overall.

Atendimento excelente! Todos sorridentes e dispostos a ajudar e orientar . Camas muito confortáveis. Limpeza excelente. O hotel com piscina, brinquedoteca, parquinho infantil e grande estacionamento . Ótimo para estadia com crianças (como foi meu caso ). Além de dispor de bar, lounge ... ambiente familiar e acolhedor .

A altura da banheira, além de ser um pouco escorregadia. Falta de frigobar no quarto. Porém, nada que atrapalhe a estadia . Escolheria de novo esse hotel .
