"Novotel is NO HOTEL"

I preferred this hotel due to the 24 hours shuttle service which has been indicated by the hotel before I made my bookings. At the arrival it was not the case and I took a taxi to get there. For my departure same thing they made a rul for themselves: You need to book ONE DAY IN ADVANCE! If there is a change with you flight or don’t know the made up rule you are dependent on taxi I was misleaded by the hotel& hotel staff The rooms were like a prison ( I don’t have any such experience but I saw it) Hotel cosmetics is barely noting. Novotel is practically no hotel Especially after paying such an enormous price for it!!!! Welcome to feel cheated if you need it
