Firstly, being on the ground level was ideal as I have an elderly dog who cannot do stairs easily. The room was spotlessly clean & the beds were very comfortable. There was enough floor space for a large dog bed & plenty of grassed areas right outside the door, for my dog to use for toileting.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

I liked how clean it was. Breakfast was a good selection with fresh fruit and cooked breakfast.

We always stay at the Ibis when we visit our son his partner and grandchildren. My husband and I love the feeling of having the freedom to come and go, and and we have a room with our own 'front door' Our car is parked directly outside of our room which is very convenient. We are usually given the same room every time we stay at the Ibis which makes us feel at home there. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

On our last stay we stayed for 3 nights, and the room next to us was having maintenance done on it for two days which was noisy. We were woken up at 8.30am by a noisy sander which was being used on the adjoining wall, which wasn't really acceptable when we are paying guests.
