"The cleaning staff did NOT speak English and were children about 9 to 12 year old cleaning with their mothers…"

The location

The room smelled mildewed. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work so maybe that’s why. Each day the room smelled mildewed, or a little methane smell… Also had tag hanging on outside of door asking “do not disturb “ but at 9:30am cleaning person knocked on door wanting to know when we were going to leave…. Also fire alarm went off 1st morning we were there, front desk said it was due to a “low battery “ in the system…. Front desk lady on day we checked out was rude when questioned why children were cleaning rooms and told us it wasn’t any of our business , I am the paying customer and if not for paying customers your hotel would suffer, it is my business if your company is hiring illegal immigrants to clean rooms and using their children! Children cleaning rooms were non speaking English and were of ages 7 to 12 year olds. Will not be staying at this location again!
