"Good"

Old hotel but well kept up as much as possible must have constant remodeling and is acceptable. Things I did not like and probably major to fix is the drainage of the shower, toilet and sink. Water took for ever to drain at least in my room it did. The other is the poor cable or satellite service they have, if I would change channel and I was watching CNN if I wanted to go back to CNN it was impossible. Real bad WiFi service as well very intermittent

"Very convenient hotel"

The hotel has good facilities! It is not a fancy and luxurious hotel but has everything that is necessary for a good staying. The best of all about this hotel is the staff! Very friendly and well educated! The breakfast is good however, compared with others places that I visited before needs more quality! The items are nothing out of the ordinary considering that the food in Brazil is awesome! The room is regular in terms of space, clean and looks modern! The towels needs to be changed! It seemed a lit bit old for me! Despite the explanation that the front desk staff gave me, there was a remodelation happening in the hotel by the time that I was staying. The website didn’t show anything about that what was a surprise for me! Very noisy in the morning! I had difficulty staying in the room! Overall my stay was great! The Expedia booking didn’t work very well ! For more than three times I tried to correct a mistake and they didn’t give back to me!! When it comes to charge they do very well! But to solve a problem with the booking most of the time don’t work very well! Unfortunately! I

"Pleasant clean room in Sao Jose dos Campos"

I had 20 hours in Sao Jose dos Campos, so the hotel was perfectly located, close to the toll road from Sao Paulo. 24 hour check-in accommodated my late (3am) check-id due to flight delays from the US. Room was clean, well appointed. All I would say that was missing from the room was an iron.

"Comfortable Hotel with Excellent Customer Service"

Beside a near by shopping center, not much to do around the hotel. However, the staff is excellent and do their utmost to make your stay enjoyable.

"Confusing to find"

The hotel location on the GPS is wrong, so it is very difficult to find. The hotel informed that they had requested the change of address in Google.
