"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!"

Inconvenient. Cramped.

Staff were judgy, rude. Very much gen Z millennial type that are used to unicorns and princesses and unrealistic! Not at all customer service based all centered around staff comfort

Easy access from freeway. Very clean hotel and rooms. Had a good night of sleep. Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

The bath tub needed a rubber shower mat and a grab bar as it was slippery and unsafe for elders like me. There was no extra blanket in the room. A friend asked the desk clerk for an extra blanket and I promptly received it.
