Nos gustó la ubicación en pleno barrio de Gion. Vimos muchas maiko y geiko. La habitación muy bonita y espaciosa. Los trabajadores muy amables y atentos

Solo que al estar en plena zona nocturna y tener unis clubs delante, se escuchaba a la gente de madrugada a veces.

Attentive staff. Went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Coffeemaker and refrigerator in room. Safe and secure. Great bathroom with fantastic shower and hot room.

Slight air conditioning issue that could have been taken care of before our arrival. Was rectified promptly. No breakfast service.

We stayed 16 nights over two bookings. Everything was perfect! The bedroom was large with a sofa, small fridge, electric water jug and microwave oven. The separate toilet was great as was the bathroom with vanity basin and door into shower/ bath area. We were in room 1, ground floor at the back of the building and it was very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

there was some noise outside at night but that was not the fault of the hotel, and did not disturb us

Very comfortable bed. The bedroom is larger than what you usually find in Japan. The bathroom is excellent, with all the features you would expect in a Japanese-style setup.

There is no enclosed closet, only two wall-mounted hangers; however, two benches are provided to support luggage and make access easier. Breakfast (or room service) is not available at the hotel, but there are several restaurants and cafés nearby, although not all of them open before 8 a.m.

Excellent rooms! They were big and clean! Location was perfect. Very near to Yasaka shrine. Will recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to stay in Kyoto! Staff are friendly and very polite. Helped isnwith luggage transfer as well! I had to reschedule one of our activities (Samurai experience). The staff helped us by calling them and getting the activity rescheduled! The hotel is located in a calm street. A 7-11 store and many small bars and restaurants are near by. You can actually just take a stroll in the morning to the Yasaka shrine.
