El Olivar Palace Marrakech

I booked this hotel for my sister’s birthday as a family holiday. The staff was amazing, so helpful and welcoming. Our room was upgraded, and I’m vegetarian, but I didn’t struggle for food. The entertainment at night was amazing, with live singing from Medi. I would definitely book this hotel again.

From the moment we arrived, the service at then hotel was outstanding. The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. Our room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What made our visit extra special was the surprise arranged for my sister’s birthday. I had only mentioned it briefly when booking, but the hotel went above and beyond by delivering a beautifully decorated birthday cake to the bar. She was completely surprised and touched by the gesture — it turned an already great trip into an unforgettable one. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, the common areas were well-kept, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. Honestly, I don’t understand the negative "karen" reviews — our experience was nothing short of excellent. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel valued. It was my friends birthday we choose El Oliver as its amazing and beautiful, we enjoyed our stay and the service was amazing. The staff went above and beyond including Sara she has been amazing!!! I would definitely come back again and can not recommend El Oliver enough! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

1 ere fois que jev este un all-inclusive. Un peu déçu par la qualitede la restaurantion mais aussi le bar. Choix tres limité.

The hotel was great and the staff were amazing. We couldn't fault anything. Food in restaurant was gd and plentiful. Bar staff and snack bar staff were 1st class . I hurt knee and they looked after us and organised trip into marrakech. Weather was great also.

The two night spent was lovely and enjoyable. The food was lovely and the room very clean.

This is definitely not a five star hotel. We booked through Jet2 all inclusive which included alcoholic drinks. The hotel/room itself was fine clean and everything you needed however the food was almost inedible. Nothing had labels therefore you had no idea as to what each dish was. Food that was recognisable was always cold. There is nowhere to eat other than small local eateries used by the locals, so really expensive having to go back and forth into Marrakesh every night for food (approx 150 dirham each way).
