Best Western Grants Pass Inn

First the bathtub plug worked. The customer service was excellent. The rooms smelled clean and felt clean. I'd say the only thing missing to make this a five-star hotel would be room service everything else was exceptional.

The pillows could have been a little more I guess firmness.

Really friendly staff and great location. Especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

It was very clean and the staff have could not have been more helpful. Nessa was amazing. She gave us directions anywhere we needed to go and said if you need anything, don’t hesitate to come back and see her. We got two free water bottles upon arrival really really good place to stay. Jon & Joe were also very helpful with getting us information and directions to crater Lake 

朝食付きで毎朝アメリカンブレックファストが楽しめました。スクランブルエッグ、ポテト、ベーコン、パン、自分で作るワッフル、コーンフレーク、バナナ、りんごなど。いつでもコーヒー、ジュース、お水、お白湯がいただけたのも高ポイントでした。5泊したので助かりました。スタッフはフレンドリーで笑顔。感じが良かったです。歩いて3分で大きなスーパーもあるので便利。グランパツ滞在にはおすすめ出来ます♫

清掃が毎日ではないこと。３日目に清掃している人に聞いたら前日の午前中にフロントに言ってくださいと言われましたが、気を利かせて簡単な掃除とタオル交換をしてくれたので助かりました。
