カウンターのスタッフの対応は愛想が良くて良かったです。

朝食は７時から１０時。７時30分に朝食を食べに行ったら、皿が無くてどうやって食べたらよいのかと。ワッフルは、油が置いてなかったので、他の客の子供が鉄板にこびり付かせて、対応に困っておりとても気の毒でした。 部屋のバスタオルは、ところどころ黒ずんだ点々があり汚れが目立ちました。サービス性は最悪です。

Room was spacious.

Breakfast left much to be desired; disappointing. Ice machine on 4th floor was not working. Steps upto 2nd floor were crumbling in spots.

Location was great

We left a body pillow in room and we had to be in the hospital for rest of week. I was unable to get ahold of anyone actually working at that location during my entire stay at UNMC

"It was one of the best locations/facilities we have stayed in."

The location worked out for us. It was located to a pet friendly location which was great ---- lots of grasses and poop bags available. It catered to what we needed. Unfortunately, we were not able to have breakfast at this location because it was being served at 7 a.m. and we left between 6-6:30 a.m.

Probably just the breakfast timing. We would prefer it to be earlier than 7 a.m.
