Got up graded to club room very nice

The bed was comfy

The food was extortionate, so much so we didnt bother, they were doing building work so we were woken on a sunday morning at builders throwing stuff in the skip, which is awful when wed come from the airport and were absolutely shattered banging really loudly continuously, the tea and coffee facilities were poor you would expect a biscuit each but no we had to share, little things bit they matter when youve paid to stay away. We’ve stayed at hull loads and it’s so much nicer. We’ve complained to the manager he just said oh yeah sorry were making some improvements, no offer of compensation for the lack of sleep just appalling we won’t ever stay there again

Was clean, modern and had everything you needed.

We stayed here for one night before flying out of Manchester. The staff were wonderful—very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The lift was out of order, but luckily we were able to manage the stairs. We were placed in a newly refurbished room. While it looked fresh, the smell of paint was still very strong. Oddly, the pillows were heavily scented with Olbas oil—so much so that it was actually quite overwhelming and made us cough. The room was incredibly hot, but because of the plane noise outside, opening the window wasn't an option. If you stay here, bring earplugs; the walls are paper-thin and the flight path is very loud!
