The staff, especially Christine and Kerys on reception who went the extra mile to be helpful with my room request, they were fabulous!

We had a great stay at village warrington, food was great, very fresh and choice onnthe menu, room was very modern and spotlessly clean, gym facilities were great and we enoyed a relaxing morning around the pool. Kelly was a great help when we needed help with finding places to visit in the local area

I’m a member of the Village Hotel Leisure Club and regularly attend Aquarobics Classes on various days and all of the Trainers are excellent. The Reception and Pool side staff are friendly, helpful and approachable in particular Sara.

No complaints from us, would stay again, everyone we had contact with was very helpful and polite. Food was good in restaurant and everything was there for breakfast

We celebrated our wedding at Village Hotel Warrington this past weekend, and I cannot express enough how impressed we were with everything provided, both in terms of the venue and the staff, before and throughout the day. We met Lucy and Nathan a few weeks before the wedding, and they took on board everything we asked for while also bringing plenty of ideas and suggestions to the table that we hadn't even thought about. They worked closely with my wife during the week leading up to the wedding, keeping everything on track and ensuring the preparations ran smoothly. On the day itself, nothing was too much trouble. We received many compliments about the venue, the staff, and the overall atmosphere and organisation of the day. The hotel and its team went above and beyond for us, helping to make our wedding day truly special. I would highly recommend anyone considering a wedding venue in Warrington to speak with Lucy, Nathan, and the team at Village Hotel Warrington. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication made all the difference, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.

Good size room and bathroom. Tasty food.

Room was too hot and uncomfortable which affected sleep. Unable to adjust thermostat. Rather than a shower over the bath would be better for a walk in shower. Had a table booked in the restaurant for 7pm. It was very very busy due to staff and family promotional night. Was very noisy and there was nowhere quiet for us to dine. Ordered food at the bar, two separate orders 10 minutes apart, one arrived quite promptly and ours finally arrived after 50 minutes but we had to chase the order and decided it was too late to eat a full meal so we cancelled and ordered snack type food which arrived after 9pm. Food was tasty but not the servers fault but it was a shambles. Was disappointed as we were meeting up with family and was hoping to make this a regular meet up venue.

This is an amazing gym everyones so polite and friendly big boss theo and lovely kathy always make me feel welcome and amazing at the jobs the village is the best gym ever i love coming here its so relaxing .
