Very happy and helpful staff

Location, lovely staff, and the restaurant

As guests to the hotel we had to move from our table even though we were there for a few hrs having pre dinner drinks. A phone reservation was more important?! Bit disappointing especially when the table was only occupied shortly, then a couple sat there and we had a group of 6. Rooms are nice, but even with Reno it’s still not worth more than crown towers 🤣 In saying that we would stay here again.

The restaurant was the best part of the Hotel. It was updated, fresh and open. The room itself looked like it hadn't been updated in 30 years other than a coat of paint. The online photo was not representative of the room itself. The bathroom was out of the 50's and while clean didn't feel clean. The venting fan looked like it was falling out and wad broken; the towels had an odd smell to them. For what we were charged a night defiantly not value for $$$. We would not stay there again. The staff were all great but the hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Location is great.

Beutiful view , and great facilities, staff very friendly and helpful.

The bar and restaurant was very expensive for the two drinks we ordered , but I guess pays for the great view.

The restaurant at the hotel is good and the views are excellent

There were a coup0le of cockroaches in the bathroom. It is the Pilbara but still that wasnt ideal.
