Rien … ressentie une très mauvaise énergie !

J’ai préféré payé pour annuler le séjour dans cet hôtel… l’emplacement Nusa Dua n’est pas digne d’un 5*… on est loin de Sanur ou Jimbaran bien plus calme … Quand aux chambres, elles sont standard, petites, mais les chambres qui donne sur le jardin pour y accéder il faut traverser une route passante avec beaucoup de circulation … et bien sûr beaucoup de pollution. Quand aux chambres avec terrasses on se croirai en prison tellement la terrasse est petite… les 2 murs nous donnent une impression d’étouffer.

The rooms are not of a standard that meet the level of a 5 star property. In fact the rooms are just about average. Even the food is very average and it doesn’t cater to the pallet of international clients.

Not much

Buffet wasnt great. Room was filled with mosquitos. Robes had holes in them & falling apart. In room service menu was limited and catered to little dietary requirements. Cleanliness of overall rooms was underwhelming
