la chambre 502 avec une terrasse de 20m2 vue mer est superbe. La disposition du lit est très originale, la décoration magnifique. L'emplacement est parfait. Le parking prive au sous sol est très pratique et au moins il y a de la place pour chaque voiture. A noter que le prix est très raisonnable par rapport à beaucoup d'établissements proposant un parking privé.

Très bon hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment agréable, aimable et souriant.

Le seul point négatif, c'est qu'il n'y a qu'un seul ascenseur. Aux "heures de pointe" c'est assez agaçant et quand il est en panne il faut prendre l'escalier ce qui nous est arrivé une fois durant le séjour et notre chambre était au cinquième étage !

Bien placé car plage à proximitée immédiate. Le personnel est pro et sympa.

Classé 4 étoiles ? On se demande comment ! Tout juste un 3 et encore... Nous avons l'habitude des hôtels italiens ainsi qu'aux USA, c'est autre chose en 4 etoiles dans ces 2 pays là !!!! Chambre petite "de luxe" à 330€ la nuit (qui en valait 150€; pas plus) avec petit déjeuner = petite chambre avec petite sdb, une seule vasque et drap de la couette tâché !!!! De la chambre avec balcon, vue sur le bassin d'arcachon mais en angle donc sur un bâtiment pas reluisant ! Bref, geste commercial après avoir posé réclamation mais ça ne rattrape pas le fait d'avoir le sentiment d'un hôtel largement surcoté !!! Petit déjeuner = moyen ... Machine à café en panne le 2eme matin. Place de parking souterrain sous l'hôtel mais pas sécurisée car la porte d'entrée basculante était en panne donc ouverte en permanence... Que dire de plus...???? On ne reviendra pas ...Partager plus
