"Im Hotel müssten dringend Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden."

Frühstück war in Ordnung. Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Anschluss zur S Bahn.

Leider mussten wir das Frühstück nochmals bezahlen, obwohl in unserer Reisebestätigung ausgewiesen ist, das es inklusive ist. So sind uns Mehrkosten von 8x17,00€ =136,00€ entstanden sind. Angeblich ist Buchung.com Schuld. Vielleicht können Sie den Sachverhalt klären.

"Ein ehemalig gutes Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht mehr."

Das Bett war bequem. Mehr Gutes gibt es nicht zu berichten.

Das Hotel ist extrem abgewohnt. Die Teppiche in den Hotelfluren waren verschlissen und nicht gereinigt. Die Wände in Fluren und im Zimmer waren teilweise extrem zerschrammt. Die Möbel im Zimmer waren zerkratzt und angeschlagen. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war zerschlagen. Die Vorhänge im Zimmer waren zerrissen. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich.
