The cleanliness and the lack of heat for the pool was a HUGE disappointment!!!! This was one of the main reasons we stayed here was for the pool. We didn’t go after seeing the first night how extremely cold the temperature was and wasn’t clean at all.

We had to wait over an hour before we were checked in, which was very unpleasant, especially after a long trip. The front desk staff told us bluntly our room wasn't ready, so we should go and come back, took our number to call us back and never did. We came back after almost 2 hours and another staff checked us in (she was nicer). The hotel was generally clean but the pool was not!
