"Could have been better..."

Free breakfast and location

Doors are too hollow.. heard everyone coming and going in the corridors/hallway. Some customers with children were really loud in the early morning.. Therefore, didn't have a good night sleep overall...

the staff was friendly. the pool area was clean. lots of flowers everywhere. the breakfast area was kept very clean. the AC worked very nicely.

someone on the floor below us turned in their keys early and the front desk thought it was us. we had to explain several times that it wasn't. it became pretty annoying. breakfast was ok. the scrambled eggs were burnt two days in a row. the water in the shower turned off several times mid shower and would come back on cold.
