"Worst Hotel ever"

Location is great, ample parking and central to the town. Thats as good as it got. The room was bigger than expected and looks like it has recently had a lick of paint but poor finish. Bathroom was disgusting. Damage to the wall panels on all sides and flooring round the toilet dirty and missing. Shower panel didnt fit so water all over the floor. Rooms on the 3rd floor too hot due to the water pipes located in the hallway. Couldnt sleep first night and complained the morning after but the receptionists dont deal with complaints and there was a queue wantimg to change rooms. Had to buy an extension cable so the fan could be bedside. Complained again on checking out and a different receptionist said they are aware of issues on the 3rd floor and poor maintenance and in future ask for a room on the 1st or 2nd floor. No management to discuss this with and to contact monday. If you are there for the entertainment and a singer doing dominic the donkey on a sat night then this place is for you. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in

Great Location, Lovely Staff, Nice Breakfast

The room was very hot due to the hotel boiler on permanent and us being on the top floor. Struggled parking the car as very small/tight spaces.
