Ein sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe der charmanten Ludwigstraße. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer, köstliches und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück sowie Zugang zum Pool. Ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Alpenblick. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße aus Fulda in Hessen 🥰

Leider kam unsere Buchung über Booking nicht bei Mercure an. Wir müssten dann ein deutlich schlechteres Zimmer für den gleichen Preis buchen. Weder booking noch Mercure stehen bisher für den Fehler gerade und schieben sich den Ball hin und her. Zusätzlich hatten wir ein Lunchpaket für den sehr frühen Morgen zugesagt bekommen da wir beim ZUT gestartet sind. Als ich dieses Abholen wollte gab es weder Lunchpakete, noch war die Rezeption besetzt. Es ist enttäuschend das man sich hier leider nicht auf Zusagen verlassen kann.

wir hatten kein duschmittel, wahr nicht aufgefüllt worden. keine klimaanlage, wir kahmen um 13.30 an konnten nicht ins zimmer, erst um 15.00, es wahr sehr heiss und wolten duschen, kamen mit mottorrad an. kühlschrank wahr nicht kalt
