Nest Hotel Paris la Défense - MGallery Collection

A great property, our room had a huge soaking tub! Room service was prompt and the food was good. Nice staff and everything was clean. The hotel is a bit away from all the action, but only a 2 minute walk to the metro.

It was a very nice property, getting there was just a little inconveniente.

If you have business in that end of town it works. Billed itself as 5 stars and its not. Furniture/fixtures were lacking. Nice staff and breakfast in the morning but takes a bit to get into city and was a labyrinth for the car.

It was great.

For a 5-star hotel, it is underperforming. the parking was horrible, the location not easy to GPS detect. The hotel itself is not sufficiently equipped with 5-star amenities. I had to request everytime few more items. When you ring reception from the room, it never picks up...

I did not like the darkness of the property and because it was on top of the actual street. It was very very hard to find. Taxis cannot find it. So we spent a lot of time walking which we did not like.

The staff is excellent, large clean rooms, excellent location, steps to the metro main line. Lots of beautiful water features and sculptures around.

Clean and comfortable room but next to construction site

Absolute thieves be aware! Booked to stay for 2 nights, showed up at the hotel only to be told that there is no booking and it’s not their problem. Left stranded in the streets of Paris at 1am in the morning. Contacted hotels.com only to be told that the hotel is refusing to refund it and they are not confirming the refund…what??? There is no room available and I don’t get my money back?? BE AWARE! Do not book this hotel! Still don’t have my money back so I have had to open legal proceedings against hotels.com and Mgallery to recoup my money and damages. avoid at all costs!

The hotel was ok in general but not great, the room had smudges on the headboard, the bathroom door doesn’t lock. Every time I asked for coffee capsules I got decaf. It’s more of a business hotel, but the location is great, the staff were friendly enough. Definitely not a 5 star experience.
