Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the good breakfast variety.
Awake all night with noise above us. Was told the owner had insomnia which other staff said was untrue. Some of the staff were very friendly.
Very large suite and best breakfast at this level of hotel we have ever had.
The facilities could use an elevator; not great for seniors with poor mobility; the staff were excellent and the breakfast suited us fine

The room was supper clean and comfortable breakfast was delicious with lots of choices even something for me and I'm gluten free they even upgraded me for free to a ground level room
What an amazing stay i had here, check in was so easy and simple lobby had beautiful marble floors lemon water available. Price was great too, our tv wasn't working mentioned it to front desk they sent someone right away tv couldnt be fixed so they offered the bridal suite for a free upgrade. Perfect customer service will definitely book again
Our room was not good in terms of cleanliness. There was bugs on the floor, as well as in the bed. There was also toe nails on the floor, and the microwave and minifridge were not clean at all.
Recommend dining at Duncan's pub in Amherst. Superb food at very reasonable price. Never had so many large shrimp in a pasta dish! 8 local brews on tap.
Convenient location off the highway. Bed needs to be replaced. No real sitting area outside the room. Room amenities were sufficient. The grounds lack curb appeal.
Nice rooms. Hot tub was not working to its full potential
