ORIDA Maidstone Hotel

Nice and quiet

We have stayed at the hotel quite a few times, this time we didn’t receive our 20% off to use in the restaurant or bar, was told you only get it when you stay for 3 nights, and was told we would get it on our third morning, we have always stayed for two night and always received it, but we didn’t this time not even on our third morning to use towards lunch or drinks. The lady at the reception was a little abrupt while asking about the 20% off, and was told we wouldn’t of received it on other stays, but every time we have stayed we have received one except this stay

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. War nicht sauber, Teppichboden hat geklebt, vorm Zimmer standen Tabletts mit Essenresten auf dem Boden. Viel zu teuer. Meine Tochter hat im Zimmer in der Sofaritze noch Essensreste vom Vorgänger vorm gefunden. Vorm Hotel lag ein kaputtes Glas. Schrecklich, nie wieder.

I stayed in room 187. Unfortunately you can’t get a lay in with the extremely loud music from the swimming pool at 8 am

Location, friendly staff

No ventilation whatsoever in room. No air-conditioning ( unacceptable in a hotel like this) and no window. Had a door but opened into a public accessible area so not secure . Accumulated dust under beds .Otherwise a great hotel
