Love this hotel when we arrived late the reception staff were so kind and helpful . The beds are amazingly comfortable and so clean, The rooms are a very decent size and the breakfast was delicious .. I would definitely stay here again!

What's not to like, the only fault I possibly could find was the sink had a flaw around the plug hole where some of the enamel had come away but just cosmetic so not a big deal.. and maybe I would recommend instead of Dove soap perhaps another simple brand with less chemicals, and maybe adding a decent moisturising hair conditioner and some lotion .. But really could not fault this hotel, they also put me on the ground floor because they do not have a lift an all round good experience.

Staff were utterly superb. Every single one. A credit truly.

Residents bar closed too early. Especially for a Saturday. Also the lights are too bright in the bar. Feels more like a reception area. Get light dimmers, make it feel like an actual bar. Keep it open late.
