Pleasant helpful staff

Rooms looking a little tired - maybe due a refurb soon.

Overnight stay for a wedding. Food at wedding was excellent. Room very spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom with a full sized bath and lots of hot water. Really generous with check out time. Very friendly waiting staff and very clean

Some breakfast items poor for price point - tinned tomatoes and bread. Hospitality tray in room has no water or biscuits.

We stayed for four nights while visiting Brands Hatch, and the hotel was a real winner. It's easy to find, with plenty of parking, and check-in was so quick and straightforward that we barely had time to perfect our "tired traveller" expressions. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and very well equipped. We had two fans (clearly they knew we'd either be experiencing a heatwave or post-race excitement), a fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a safe, and even coat hangers – yes, actual coat hangers! It's the little things in life. One of the best ideas was the option to skip daily housekeeping and receive 20% off food in the restaurant the following day. Saving money while helping the environment? That's a win-win in our book. The restaurant offered plenty of choice, including options for different dietary requirements. The food was tasty, reasonably priced, and arrived without the need for a pit stop. What really made the stay memorable, though, was the staff. They were chatty, engaging, and genuinely interested in making sure guests had a great experience. That personal touch makes all the difference. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back the next time we're visiting Brands Hatch. Until then, thanks for the hospitality – and for proving that a hotel room can, in fact, have enough coat hangers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have stayed many times because I have family that live in the Area. My stays were always a better experience.

I was excessively overcharged in comparison to all my previous stays. £510 for 3 nights, plus charges for breakfast plus charges for parking, this would normally be included in the price. Plus there was 2 weddings during our stay and felt we couldn't use the bar facilities as it was looking like we were gate crashing there wedding. It was an uncomfortable experience

Spaciousness of the room. The health facilities. Good breakfast. Lovely atmosphere. Lots of families.

The chlorine from the swimming pool as we were in king suite 187 next door. It was overbearing. The bed caused aches & pains.
