Room was nice

Breakfast left much to be desired. No fresh fruit. No meat (sausage/bacon). Pastries were only bread, bagels, and biscuits. The staff did not seem to take pride in their jobs. It was way overpriced and I probably won't stay here again for that price. It has gone downhill since the last time I stayed here. Also, the gas fireplace sent fumes into the lobby and stairwell.

It was very clean, and the complementary breakfast was amazing.

Breakfast was outstanding. Bedding was very comfortable. The only negative was that we had to sit in the bathtub and use a shower wand,

The stay was not great. We booked there as their website says pet friendly. They even have a sign on their front desk that says pet friendly. We booked two rooms for a family of 6 and two doodles and the gentleman checking me in was not ok with pets. He said they’re only “semi” pet friendly and I should “know how people are” and if they complain that their allergies act up or the dogs are loud we would have to leave. I asked about their pet policy and he said again “we’re only semi pet friendly. When we’re not completely booked” then that should have been made clear! They then made us park on the side of the hotel and use the side door and directed me that we wouldn’t be allowed to walk our dogs through the main door. Because “you know how people are” by the way did I mention I paid $80 plus a $100 hold on the room to allow my dogs there. Then he told us about the breakfast being 7:30-10, another reason we picked this hotel since we had the kids, we got to breakfast at 8:30 and they were out of eggs, forks, and some other items. We asked if they would be bringing out more since it went till 10 and we were told no. We will not be staying again. Very disappointed in their service

The breakfast selection was okay. Staff was nice and welcoming. Our room appeared clean, there were a few things that could have been better. The mattress needs to be changed, it was very lumpy and as we ate another couple had the same complaint. Our bathroom facet was loose, the base of the facet needs to be secured to the sink. The pipes when the water ran squeaked, I know it was strange. For the overnight we were there it was okay.

Very little places to park and sometimes you have to search. The room was outdated and color scheme of the room was awful. This place needs a huge update

Our room was clean and had comfortable beds. Our room was large with two empty corners that could have had a small table with a couple of chairs in one of them to be used for eating or just sitting to have our coffee in the morning. Also, the coffee cups in the breakfast area and lobby should be bigger; they are quite small. Our room entrance cards were invalid before we were even checked out on the morning we were leaving.
