I was here with my spouse for her work event. I was babysitting for 3 days and the staff made is much easier. It’s a business hotel without any kids like activities so their help was all the more important. The hotel is heritage but well maintained.

Stay was very pleasant. Staff were very helpful. Food was excellent, staff were very good, especially Smarnika, Apoorva, Uma and the entire Yellow Brick Road restaurant team were excellent.

best thing is staff of kitchen, my kids enjoyed a lot and as single father they supported me a lot. I forgot two girls names, but they are so nice

I feel like an obligation to take a moment to share my recent experience at the Ambassador, which turned out to be an unexpected chapter in my journey. I was flying back to Singapore when I encountered a serious medical incident mid-flight, leading to an emergency landing in Delhi. After four days in the hospital, the Brazilian consulate kindly recommended the Ambassador for my recovery, and I am so grateful they did. As a Brazilian living in Singapore, I felt immediately welcomed by the Ambassador's unique blend of history and charm. My room was a haven—spacious with a super comfortable bed and luxurious linen, a great washroom, a balcony, and even a fireplace. Every meal I had at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, making my eight-day stay an ongoing culinary adventure. The restaurant staff, including Apoorva, Priti, Smarnika, Ankit, and many others whose names I wish I could remember, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Since my visit was mainly about rest and recovery, I had the chance to fully immerse myself in everything the property had to offer. This allowed me to appreciate the Ambassador in a truly special way, and I already find myself missing the place and the wonderful people there. I look forward to returning with my family so we can all enjoy this incredible experience together.

Staff went out of their way to send my luggage directly to the airport. Helped with many logistical issues.

Stayed at the Ambassador for one night on my recent trip to NewDelhi must say what a beautiful hotel the room was spacious and great stay I must say the staff were very polite front desk housekeeping and restaurant special shout out to Lakshmi,matin,Astha they are very professional and caring i will return soon
