Bella Beach - All Inclusive

Very nice hotel. The property is clean,not brand new, but they take care good. Food was good to excellent. For what we pay you cannot fight the food. And the cookingchef is a friendly and person with many joke in body :) Ouer room always clean and we have room with own pool, they take care all day and clean. The personal is very friendly, most we say thank you to Evi ouer servicelady in food, she so friendly. And big thank you to Julia, she always give us good information, where can drive to nice locations in Kreta. But all was very friendly in hotel. Only the cocktails near olive tree not tasted really good but in main bar he make always very good. We can say all in all excellent. If somebody want try we say must make Dear family K.

Hôtel très décevant qui n’a pas les standards d’un 5 étoiles. Il s’agit plutôt d’un 3 étoiles. L’hôtel n’a pas été rénové depuis un bon moment. Je n’ai pas pour habitude de laisser des avis mais l’expérience que nous avons vécu est vraiment décevante. Notre chambre avait une odeur de canalisation, pour rester poli. Malgré les multiples demandes auprès de l’hôtel pour résoudre le problème, nous avons changé de chambre seulement à mi-séjour. Ménage de la chambre qui n’est pas bien fait avec des consommables manquants, obligé d’aller chaque matin à l’accueil pour avoir une bouteille d’eau… Invasion de fourmis dans la nouvelle chambre au premier étage le dernier jour. Points positifs, la nourriture est bonne et la piscine intérieure est agréable.

The only good thing about this hotel was the staff very friendly especially Soula in buffet. So the Room (343) yellowing sink and shower screen very noisy fridge. Public areas drab furniture needs updating food in buffet and snack bar barely warm usually cold! Drinks very weak! Spa had to pay extra for jucuzzi and steam room … really this is supposed to be 5 star!!! Entertainment involved making paper planes and seeing who’s flew further ! Karaoke! The one night there was a decent singer she finished at 10pm!!! I would struggle to rate this hotel 3 star.. in fact that’s being very generous

hôtel super bien situé au calme ,possibilité de prendre le bus a 10 minutes a pieds ,tous les services sont accessible de l hôtel on peut louer une voiture on demande a la réception elle arrive direct a l hôtel et la reprenne a l hôtel, les 3 restaurants de dispo ,le resto buffet est un régal délicieux pour petits grand et végétariens l hôtel est propre aussi bien les chambres que l extérieur et l entrée de l hôtel et tout autour, boissons et petits snack dispo la journée très bon animations certains soirs piscine propre mais froide pour celle extérieur ,heureusement qu il y a celle a l intérieur car si il ne fait pas eau impossible d en profiter en extérieur le personnel est Adorable dés l arrivée en pleine nuit le gardien nous emmène a nos chambres et dans le frigo il y a de quoi manger hamburgers et fruit et de l eau tout le personnel est gentil et serviable toujours prêt a aider si besoin accès direct a la plage et ca c'est génial petite superette si besoin l intérieur du bâtiment réception resto buffet bars et pleins de petits salons est propres ca brille de partout les lustres sont grandioses c'est propre et ca se voit rien a dire sur ce sejour super a

Das Hotel ist eigentlich super. Es ist sauber, nah am Strand und auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Essen ist einfach perfekt, es gibt sehr viel Essen zur Auswahl und es schmeckt sehr gut. Das Personal in den Restaurants ist nett und freundlich, wenn man Fragen hat, dann wird auch freundlich geholfen. Leider ist das Hotel an einigen Stellen alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Plus points: Well laid-out hotel. Good spa service, including indoor heated spa pool, gym and jacuzzi for free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink plentiful. Lots of sun loungers. Optional organised sporting activities available like darts, table tennis, beach volleyball. Evening bar entertainment was good. Negatives: Sink blocked in our room. Showers flooded bathroom floor because of a huge gap between screen and wall. Bath water emptied back up out of drain onto bathroom floor! TV mainly in German with some French and Italian - no English. Food very "same-y" despite themed nights, with both hot and cold food not kept at correct temperature in buffet.

Mauvaise odeur permanente (canalisations) dans la chambre. En revanche, un grand merci à Tonia au restaurant pour sa gentillesse et son sourire quotidien.

We stayed at Bella Beach in October for my partner’s 25th birthday and had a lovely time. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating from beginning to end. They gave us an upgrade on your welcome which made our experience at Bell Beach even more better. Thank you to Katerina (Reservations & Front Office Manager) who communicated back and forth with me before my stay to make sure my requests were met. There was entertainment during the day and evening but during the day entertainment were repetitive, so I think that could do with some adjustments to make overall experience better. We would like to especially thank Chef Pedro for making our dining experience much better! There were a few dishes which were mainly pork which my partner does not eat, therefore, Chef Pedro did his best to accommodate to my partners needs and made some dishes for him when required. Many thanks for that, because not many hotels like to cater to your needs. Overall, our stay was lovely and relaxing. We enjoyed it✨
