The hotel had a very good location. Close to the old city, relatively close to all connections, even the Nice Riquier train station was not far. The staff were always very positive and kind. The shower and bathroom were an okay size. The double bed was a proper double bed.

The biggest negative point was the cleanliness. I could easily scrape off dirt residue in the shower which means it can not have been properly washed. The mattress was also fairly dirty looking underneath the bed sheets. Except for that it seemed clean. I could not find a "do not disturb" tag, and the rules of houseservice were very vague, but we did get new towels and the bed was made up every day. The walkable area in the room was a bit small, but to be expected.

Le fait qu il faille reserver le petit dej la veille dans l apres midi

100 out of 10 location! Just in the heart of old city-beautiful Garibaldi square, 10 minutes walk to Port Lympia. Near Monoprix supermarket and endless cute restaurants and cafes. Tram 2 goes straight to the Airport. I stayed on the 7th floor and the view is just breathtaking. Super friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The tinniest room I have ever stayed in) I could hear neighbors all the time. But I read reviews before and was prepared for that. I would say it’s the feature of French 3-4 stars hotels in the historical city center. So it’s an interesting exposure I must say!
