Excellent because of the personable and helpful front desk staff. The room was very clean, huge TV that gets all of the channels, and quiet. Great location -- you can walk to either ferry dock, Shepler's or Arnold's. Pool looked nice but I didn't use it. There is a very nice lounge with a fire place that I enjoyed very much. Overall, I slept well and felt comfortable and safe there. A special thank you to Jay and Anne who went the extra mile to make my stay special.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western Dockside in Mackinaw City. Our room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. It was in a great location, walkable to both docks (we recommend Shepler's) and to dining and shopping. It isn't likely we will return to Mackinaw City, but if we did, we would absolutely stay here again. One of the best hotel stays we have ever had.
