"Piscine et restaurant non présents. Nous n'aurions pas réservé si nous avions su"

Ptit dej, chambre. Heureusement....

La réservation a été faite pour la piscine et le restaurant. Piscine visible sur Internet sous le nom de l'hôtel mais PAS de piscine. Pas de repas le vendredi soir. Il n'y aurait pas eu de réservation si nous avions su. Remboursement partiel/total demandé.

Déco et amabilité du personnel

Défaut de chauffage. 14 degrés en arrivant à 23h et 16 au réveil à 7h30 chauffage à fond mais inefficace. Abat-jour table de chevet tombé et prise de courant sale de bain arrachée.

"Très sympa pour dormir en marge de Nantes pour un budget limité"

La chambre était très propre, la salle de bains spacieuse. Le hall de l'hôtel est super accueillant, avec beaucoup de canapés aussi et les équipes sont au top !

Les oreillers étaient un peu trop fins, et la déco fait mal aux yeux ? Je n'ai pas trop aimé les tables de chevet rondes, elles sont trop petites.
