Perfect location. Mall just below hotel with all food outlets and restaurants. Upon checking in, receptionist has very helpful, Murde Al Zahrani.

Hotel needs desperately an upgrade. Location is perfect, but since Hilton hotel moved out, the hotel lacked and upgrade. What made it worst, my wife found a bed bug in one of the beds. For the cost that you paying, you should be staying in 5 star hotel. Hotel should be a 2 star instead.

Perfect location near Al Haram, but the hotel itself can be quite confusing. The property is spread across different towers with multiple reception areas, making it difficult to know where to check in. Finding your assigned reception and even locating the restaurant for breakfast can feel like navigating a maze. The rooms are big but the furniture is very old. Breakfast is not good as well Room service is perfect

اشكر طاقم العمل جميعهم بدون استثناء موظفين الرسبشن عمال النظافه السيكورتي موظفين المطعم جدا متعاونين اخلاق عاليه والكل يساعد الله يجزاهم خير حجزي كان ثلاثه اسره وعملولي اب قريد الغرفه جدا واسعه ومريحه ونظيفه وشرحه وفيها بتقاز فيها اطلاله جزئيه ع ساحه الحرم الفطور كان لزيز ومنوع الفندق والابراج كبيره جدا ماشاءالله وفيها مول وبنده وكل شي حواليك قريب ع الحرم تقريبا اربعه دقايق عن ساحات الحرم حجزي كان في برج 3 جدا نظيف والممرات نظيفه مدخل البرج يلخبط ولكن الكل يساعد ويدلك اللي بيروح ع برج 3 تروح من جهة برج الساعه وفي بنده قبل بنده في مدخل مكتوب عليه برج تلاته يدخلك ع الابراج الحمدالله اختيار موفق ولنا عوده ان شاءالله
