Royal Bath Hotel Bournemouth

It was in a good location near the beach and the breakfast was super good

I went to the reception to make an extension for another night in the accommodation and forgot a camera send me from the reception counter and the camera never appeared again, I went to ask and they told me that it was not there but if I know I left it there it was a yellow camera and if I remember that I accidentally left it there and the staff who was at reception did not return it to me

The gentleman on reception was so professional & polite on our arrival & and throughout the evening. But when I went to reception to report stains on our bedding, only x 2 towels & 1 face , she just replied room no & ok to pass on. We returned from a late dinner & disappointedly saw others empty bottles & wine glasses still left on the windowsill next to our room and no room bedding had been changed sadly. We would like to stay again in a bigger room with a sea view window for more days as our room was basic & noisy both inside & noise outside which had the heavy restricted only window left wide open. Would really appreciate if this hotel management made provements highlighted.

Lovely location, dining & communal shared areas, some very nice staff the gentleman on reception on arrival, the reception man at the spa & the lady & man only the last day on reception when we checked out the next morning.

The hotel was central to beach , town near every thing that you could need , staff members were friendly and helpful, well kept gardens a very nice place to stay I will certainly be looking to stay again.

I stayed in a room by doors and a cleaning cupboard that was noisy , doors would bang and it kept me from sleeping next time I will request a different room x

As a disabled person I was given a very far away room with a long walking distance from the reception Very hot room no ac only fan not very clean room It’s says parking available but wasn’t included 28£ for 24h no facilities for disabled person

I loved the hotel location, The Vibe health club with swimming pool, the lounge and garden area was lovely.

As there is no parking without paying a hefty charge, I had to walk up the hill to the centre car park which made it difficult with a torn ligament in my knee. Breakfast at the Hotel was terrible! I couldnt drink the coffee or eat the breakfast, really low quality items. I tried to buy a coffee in the lounge as the coffee at breakfast is just luke warm milk... disgusting! The lounge was closed till 12 so I had to go out and buy a coffee at a cafe. The room was so old fashioned and outdated. I stayed in a room which someone was smoking in so it smelt terrible! Reception bookings stuck me in room 625, 2nd floor right at the back of the hotel, up stairs, round corners, down passageway, up more stairs as I cannot walk due to a torn ligament in my knee, it was really difficult to get to the room especially with luggage! no lifts once you get to the 2nd floor, just walking up stairs and long corridors!!! The room needs desperately to be decorated. The bed was hard, so uncomfortable as it was worn so were the bed sheets etc. The TV service was poor. only 4 or 5 terrestrial channels worked.

The stuff was friendly

Room too small, only English breakfast, no healthy food like fresh fruit, parking very expensive, should be cheaper for the guests.
