Comment est-ce possible ? je réserve, je me trompe d’hôtel (d’adresse) mais mon nom, m’a réservation est bien inscrite dans l’hôtel où j’arrive ? Le séjour se passe et je me retrouve avec une somme payée en espèce le jour d’arrivé et une somme prélevée quelques jours plus tard. Je comprend que vous êtes deux établissements distincts mais tous deux « Ibis » ! Je tiens à le préciser. Par conséquent comment ma réservation peut avoir été aussi faite à Ibis Opera ? Alors ?
