Cute clean room with everything one needs for a one night stay. Very nice balcony!

Smoking neighbors on the balconies and ashtrays on the balconies. I would have preferred no smoking policy but I guess, that is hard to ask especially for balconies.

"Grundsolides ibis-Hotel in toller Lage- für Zwischenübernachtung und längeren Urlaub"

Verkehrsgünstige Lage, zentrale Anbindung an die Schnellstraße/Autobahn in Chur. Gastronomie (naja - okay: Alle gängigen Fast-food-Ketten ;-) ) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Alt-/Innenstadt geschätzte 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Auto deutlich schneller. Habe das Hotel als Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg nach Arosa genutzt, war daher nicht so relevant. Spontane Buchung war problemlos möglich. Anfänglich leichte "Abzüge in der B-Note", da sich die App im Buchungsvorgang aufgehangen hat und beim Refresh eine Doppelbuchung erzeugt hat. Diese wurde jedoch durch den Booking.com Kundenservice innerhalb kürzester Zeit nachträglich storniert und die doppelt abgebuchten Beträge blitzschnell zurück überwiesen! Einfaches aber sauberes Zimmer, Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht.

Wenn man unbedingt etwas zu meckern haben muss: * Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage etwas eng; * Ausschilderung des Haupteingangs beim Check-In besser ausschilderbar * Vor Einfahrtsberechtigung in TG: beschränkte Park- und Haltemöglichkeiten. Wie bereits geschrieben: Keine wirklichen Mängel, alles in allem ein sehr ordentliches Hotel!
