"Es wirkt als wäre Dorint bei dem Versuch die Hilton Curio Collection zu kopieren falsch abgebogen."

Die historischen Gebäude inmitten der großartig gepflegten Umgebung waren atemberaubend. Auch das Hotel selber bzw. die historische Fassade, sowie der Eingangsbereich inkl. Empfangsbereich sahen großartig aus. Das Parkhaus ist komfortabel erreichbar. Der Blick aus unserer "Upgrade Suite" war grandios.

Unfreundliches, wenig professionelles Personal: keine Begrüßung, keine Infos zu Anreise oder Frühstück – nur auf Nachfrage. Kleidung teils fleckig und ungepflegt. Sauberkeit mangelhaft: Die gebuchte Junior Suite war zwar früh bezugsfertig, jedoch stark verschmutzt. Fleckige Teppiche und Vorhänge bereits auf dem Flur, im Zimmer abgewohnte Möbel, unangenehmer Toilettengeruch, verschmutzte Toilette, Staub auf Leisten und Spinnweben. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Nach Beschwerde erhielten wir ein Upgrade in die höchste Kategorie. Positiv: schöner Ausblick, mehr Platz, kein Geruch. Allerdings weiterhin deutliche Sauberkeitsmängel (Staub, Flecken, Spinnweben). Da wir nur eine Nacht blieben, haben wir dies nicht erneut reklamiert. Auf das 45€-Frühstück haben wir verzichtet; bei Abreise wurde nicht einmal nach unserem Aufenthalt gefragt. Insgesamt entspricht der Zustand keinesfalls dem Anspruch der Zimmerkategorien.

Restaurant: Beim Abendessen befanden sich in der Schüssel mit den Bratkartoffeln Keramiksplitter, die vom Rand der Schüssel stammten. Ich habe auf einen der Splitter gebissen, was schmerzhaft war. Das Personal wurde informiert. Ich bekam aber nur die Antwort, dass die Küche die defekte Schüssel aussortieren wird. Auch am Tag der Abreise war an der Rezeption beim Auschecken die Reaktion zu diesem Vorfall sehr zurückhaltend. Bedauerlich, da wir nicht zum ersten Mal in Ihrem Hotel logierten.

Zum Frühstück hatte man es zeitweise schwer, einen Platz zu finden; abends in 2 Terminen war es nur mit Platzreservierung möglich. Eine hohe Auslastung an Ostern, aber sie wurde gut gemeistert und durch das freundliche Personal unterstützt.
