Praktisch: nicht genug und kompetentes Personal, dass es abdecken kann. Ziemlich heruntergekommen, überall hässliche Flecken die man entfernen könnte; lieblos; Personal stritt sich oft vor uns; man schickte und von einem Restaurant zum anderen, weil man sich nicht einig war wo genug Personal ist; man bekam immer gesagt was man nicht darf und kann anstatt darf; preis-leistung no-go.

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Hotelanlage am Rande von Garmisch. Das Personal war ausnahmslos nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Im Restaurant haben wir gut gegessen und im Biergarten leckere Cocktails und regionales Bier genossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich, da ist für Jeden etwas dabei. Kinder sind gern gesehen und können sich auf dem Spielplatz oder im Spiekezimmer austoben.

Die Lage ist ruhig, schöner Ausblick! Bequeme Betten, großzügige Zimmergröße, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Die Zimmerausstattung( Komfortzimmer) ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen: schwarze (Silikon) Fugen im Badezimmer, alte Sanitärobjekte, vergilbte Objekte wie Fönhalter, Wäscheleinenkasten im Bad mit ausgeprägtem „90er Jahre Charme“, defekte Armaturen, auffällig viele Flecken auf Polstern, Teppichen in den Zimmern und Hotelgängen/ -fluren;. Auch nach einem Zimmerwechsel waren zwar die Flecken weniger, das Bad annehmbarer, aber die Mängel weiterhin unübersehbar. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in unseren Augen nicht gerechtfertigt! Wir waren vor fast drei 3 Jahrzehnten zuletzt hier- die Ausstattung scheint die Zeit auch überwiegend überdauert zu haben. Mit Abstand war es der enttäuschendste Aufenthalt in einem Dorint- Hotel , nur die Lage ist wirklich schön, das Personal freundlich
