"Nicht zu empfehlen bei dem Preis"

Wasserdruck Dusche gut Frühstück gut

Zimmer dreckig. Technik am Boden verteilt, Telefon geht nicht, weiter Weg zur Rezeption zum Zimmerwechsel. Zweites Zimmer ok. Aber Balkontür voller Flecken Zu später Checkin Vorher das Hotel für zwei Klärungen mehrere Tage telefonisch und per Email versucht zu erreichen. Keine Chance. Kostet so viel Zeit und Energie für nichts. "Systemumstellung" ...... joah... Alles in allem für den Preis einfach nicht ok. Musste den vollem Preis zahlen. Kurtaxe gezahlt aber keine Gästekarte bekommen. Das ist auch nicht ok. Schade....

Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und geschmacklich gut. Herr Hocke hat vieles möglich gemacht, damit unser Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich wurde. Danke.

Die Information, dass der Sauna (Vital)- Bereich umgebaut wird und anschließend nicht mehr für die Hotelgäste zu nutzen sein soll. Das passt nicht zu einem Sporthotel. Hier sollte man eine Lösung für die Gäste finden.

Das Frühstück in Buffetform ist gut und reichlich. Die Parkplätze etwas eng aber in Ordnung. Lage ist sehr gut, nahe am Oympiastadion, Partnachklamm in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und selbst zu Restaurants in der Umgebung ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß leicht erreichbar.

Sehr gute Lage und Erreichbarkeit. Tolles Frühstück. Comfort Studio im Erdgeschoss sehr groß und geräumig. Sauberer Pool-Bereich

Sehr lange, unterirdische Wege zum 5. Appartement-Haus. Gesamte Anlage gehört gründlich saniert und modernisiert oder zumindest mal ordentlich gereinigt. Fleckiger Teppichboden im ganzen Haus, auch auf dem Zimmer. Hoher Einstieg in Badewanne, sehr niedrig aufgehängtes WC, modriger Geruch. 15€/Nacht für die Tiefgarage als Hotelgast absolute Frechheit.
